Life On The Back Burner

Why is it that the things we most need in each of our lives we put forth no effort to preserve the good things we've been blessed with! EFFORT is the key word!! We put forth the effort to go to the bars, the clubs, get our nails done, get the brand new J's,the new Ed Hardy collection. We put forth the effort do all the things in life to boost ourselves up, but when God comes knocking at that door to tell you something we put it on the back burner.I've spent too many nights with a mind full of thoughts and trying to reach atleast one person and it hit me. . .We as people take too much time, making every aspect of life about us and being selfish, when LIFE is EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE around us.Everything mentioned earlier I do or have done, but I'm the only person willing to admit that I'm SELFISH!! Yes I said it. When I really need to be focused on everything that makes me happy. I need to be focused on family, school, my beautiful girlfriend, my job, my GREAT life that so many think is so unfair. LISTEN. . .Life is always going to be full of problems, but always put forth the effort in the things that make you happy. Good Night World
